This Policy applies to payments made via our website or invoiced by us for services such as website development, mobile app development, design, SEO, digital marketing and etc.

2. Non-Refundable Items
  • 2.1 Deposits or upfront payments made prior to commencement of work are generally non-refundable because they secure scheduling and resources.
  • 2.2 Work already completed (design, development, content creation) cannot be refunded once approved or delivered.
  • 2.3 Third-party costs (such as domain registration, hosting, plugin licenses) paid by us on your behalf are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation & Refund Terms
  • 3.1 If you wish to cancel a project after commencement, you must notify us in writing. We will invoice you for all work done up to cancellation plus any incurred costs.
  • 3.2 Any refund of Service Fees is at our sole discretion and may be adjusted to reflect the value of work done.
4. Payment Gateway & Chargebacks
  • 4.1 If you pay via a third-party payment gateway, your refund may be subject to the gateway’s terms and processing time.
  • 4.2 Any bank or payment gateway charges incurred due to a refund or chargeback will be borne by you.
  • 4.3 If a chargeback is initiated without our consent, we reserve the right to recover costs, suspend services and take legal action.
5. Refund Process

  • 5.2 We will review the request and respond within 2-4 business days.
  • 5.3 If approved, refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
  • 5.4 If approved, the refunds Will be processed within 2-4 working days and refunded amount will be credited within 5-7 working days in original payment mode
6. Overrides & Special Cases
  • 6.1 Certain promotional offers, discounted services or custom contracts may have different refund terms; these will be clearly specified in the SOW or invoice.
  • 6.2 We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Changes do not affect transactions already completed.
